I have a 90 firebird going to TPI form TBI, should I stay with the 89 maf or go SD?

What I will be doing is getting the complete set up from a 1989 Gta witha 350 L98. Now my car is a 1990 firebird with a 305 Tbi. Should I go with the maf. Or should I just get a speed density wiring harness, and keep it speed density since it is all ready made for that. Because it is a 1990. Will it be easier to make it spped density then it will to make maf? And will I have any problems doing this? Thanks JDV.

Do a search; this topic has been beaten to hell

Go SD all the way. Much easier to tune, if you do PROM programming. MAF is more flexible to engine modification though.

Go with SD. You already have a MAP sensor that the SD will use that your TBI used.
