Anything else I need to do while...
...I am taking apart my intake??? I am about to install the Accel base and runners and while they are off I will have my injectors flow tested and cleaned.

Axle/Gears: 9-bolt 3.45
Spend $12-$15 and get an oil pressure switch. It is the back-up to the fuel pump incase the electrical to the pump goes bad. It also controls the gauge.
Also, I'm sure you are, but get new gaskets for everything!!! I know you are, but just have to say it. Other than that, unless you are going to paint/powdercoat something, that should be it for then.
Maybe some roller rockers!!
