smoke comming out of intake ?

smoke comming out of intake ?
Just installed the stealthram, can runs fine in park, havent been able to drive it yet, it stumbles in drive, the wierd thing is after i shut the motor off and open the throttle blades smoke comes out of the intake, does this indicate a rich condition or somthing else ?
