I need major help fellows,The injectors are not closing at all.I have verified this with a noid light.Naturally it is running rich,and I have changed out the ecm,memcal/prom but has the same problem open injectors the moment you turn the key to start/on.
I am about to check the ground wire from the computer that feeds
the injector for its neg./ground source.Are there any other suggestions??? any would be greatly appreciated.thanks

 

I remember reading a problem a while back where a guy's car was doing the same thing... He went through months of troubleshooting to find out that he tightened the fuel rail down to tight, and was making ground contact with a part of the intake..

I don't remember how he resolved it, but someone else might be able to chime in with more information...

 

I had 2 injector that were mechanically stuck open (failed plunger) sp? Anyways, those 2 injectors caused me to blow my stock motor. I didnt find that out until I put them in my new motor and had gas pouring out the driverside header as I was trying to crank it up for the first time. THe only thing that sloved it was new injectors. How many miles do you have on those injectors?

About a year.....they are Accel 32lb. injectors.I am running the
miniram so the fuel rail is not an issue for it.thanks for the reply
