Well, I have been having alot of electrical problems in the past few weeks, and mostly due to bad "clips" and wires in my harness. Sooo a friend and I are going to replace it.

I was originaly going to just replace it with a factory "original" harness, but while I'm at it, are there any upgrades I could do?

I don't want to spend TO much money, but I'd like to perform any upgrades I can to improve performance. Should I just go with a stock TPI wire harness like I have now? or are there any alternatives?

BTW, this is for my 86 Iroc with a 350 TPI.

Since you're replacing the whole harness, might as well switch over to speed density. That's what I would do.

 

"Painless Wiring" Make a great product, but the Original is usually best in my opinion. I also sent you a PM too...

 

I have read about the speed density setup, but it looks to me like it would actualy be harder to work with. After any change to the engine, a new chip has to be burned? And what is the real advantage to this setup? Aside from the cool looking filter hanging out of the intake
