whats the best way to modify ur stock intake setup? or whats a good intake to buy for it? the slp one looks basically stock to me with jus a different airbox, i already removed my MAF screens. Is there anyway to make it flow better? what mods or changes can i make to the stock air box?

Unless you have a 1988-1992 car your factory air box sucks. I can tell you the SLP kit is alot better than stock. However if you have the 1988 or up duct then you can buy just the SLP air box. The ducts are the same.
If you do have a 1988-1992 duct then you can cut the airbox to allow for better flow. However it will not work as well as the SLP airbox. The SLP airbox would actually be better because it is a true cold air kit. It does not draw ambiant heat from the engine bay.
Hope this helps.
