Turning But Not Starting

Hey guys. My 91 TA will turn over all day long, but won't start. Could a relay cause this or an all out pump problem? Where is the relay located on a 91 5.7? Should I be able to hear it come on if I listen?

Whats your fuel pressure at the rail with the key forward but not cranking? Beg borrow or steal a Fuel Pressure guage if you have to. If its anywhere below 30 psi I wouldn't expect the car to start.
(personal experience when my Fuel Pump died )

Did this start all at once or has there been any work done on the car lately? Check the cables going to the coil.

Did you see any improvment w/ the MSD ign? I want to start upgrading my ignition system, but i'm wondering if i'll actually see any real increase in performance.
To reply to your post though, what were you doing b4? I mean, did you modify anything to the car, and now it won't start, or just out of the blue? You gotta be more specific!

I haven't done anything to it for a long time. It's been doing ok, except for the radiator change last week and the flaky starter. I haven't checked for anything since I didn't know what to check. I left the car overnight at my work and when I got to work this morning in my wife's van, I tried to start it for fun. Well, it started this morning. I now have two vehicles at work. Based on that, is there anything else I should look for in addition to the above helpful hints? What parts could be flaky like that? I'm going to clean up all my relays this weekend and check all my fuses. I already need a starter, I hope to eliminate the purchase of anything expensive. Thanks for all the help so far on such a vague problem/post.

Hmmm, radiator change....there are wires going to the ecm around the battery, could you have disconnected them? or cut any by accident?
