TPI Block Swap

I have a 91' GTA w/LB9 and a 700R4. I just bought a early model 350 block, crank, rods, and pistons. I want to have it redone and stroked out to a 383. Will my TPI heads fit? I know ill have to have a chip burnded and etc. But my only concern is fitting. Thanks

Yes, heads will bolt on. But probably not the best choice for a 383.

Well, I'm assuming you'll want to use the 305's heads? you currently have. The small chambers and valves would require some extra work ($-wise) to flow well for a stroker.

Best bet to get an idea would be to search for 383 and Heads, see what oithers use and how they perform.

You should also post your engine goals too..i/e 500hp/500ft/lbs require much more head than a 350hp/400ft/lb engine would.

So LB9 heads and L89 heads arent the same exact heads? Is there a specific way to see other peoples setups? With out haveing to look at everyones profiles?
