A Few Plenum Port N Polish ?s
I have bought dremel that goes 35,000 rpm, mothers mag and aluminum polish, 120 grit dremel sanding bands, dremel high speed cutter i think its part # is 115, and a few things of different grit sandpaper.
what else do i need to port and polish, and what does wet sanding mean?

This is way easier to do than most people think. Just pull your plenum off and you can see for yourself what needs to be grinded down to improve airflow. Just don't get too carried away as you could accidentally go all the way through a wall.
I don't know why you bought polish though. A flap sanding wheel will do all the polishing you need inside the plenum after you've grinded it down with the grinder bit.
There's already more than enough info on this topic if you just do a search...

hey ill help ya out... i got a 87 Z... theres not many of them out there, so why not huh! The EGR walls right after the tb needs to be taken down. Get a bit for the dremmel, it looks like a small tin can with fins around the side... i wish i had a pic.. ill take one before the day is out, but will have to wait to get developed. I did 80-100-120-220-400-660wet-Mothers mag and alum and it came out good. The polish is a cloudy and i want to get that out, but i think i need to use some compounds, but i really just like the look now. i might put it on tonight and test it out!
ill let everyone know later how it turned out.
