How loud is your pump compared to stock?? I figured I'd do mine since it has 109k miles and I'm about to completely redo the exhaust. Now that it's done it's almost quiet which surprised me. I guess I was thinking it would scream, then again the cut out open drowns out alot of noise too. Also does the new pump require any adjustment to the regulator or are there any things to keep an eye on right after the swap such as leaks or anything with the increased fuel flow??

 

Mine is also quiter than stock. This is normal.

 

I had to recheck today because it was so quiet. It was fine tho glad to see it's normal, thanks! Now on to the exhaust this Fri.

exactly as everyone is saying its quiter than stock but watch your fp, cause the pump raised mine enough to make the car run really rich.
