I can turn the key off on my T/A and the engine continues to run.....it's not desieling for a few seconds......it keeps running! When the key is turned off, the RPMs drop a bit, but turn the key to the 'on' position and they jump back up.

If I remove the fuel pump fuse from the holder (the one under the hood, near the battery) the ignition switch works normal. Everything comes on and off with the key.

Ummm...yeah, but part of the ignition switch is still bad...that is my 1st guess....
Look at the ignition switch...and see how many contacts are impacted by the switch...see what I mean?

I'm really trying to narrow it down before I decide to change the ignition switch. It's not a fun job at all!
