how to remove fuel rail?

Ive got the 4 bolts off the top and I can wiggle the whole unit but the injectors and fuel rail wont come off...am I not doing something right? Do I just pull real hard and they should pop out of the O-ring thats in the intake? Im scared of breaking the injector to rail connection....

thanks guys..

I had that problem the first time I pulled my injectors out, they were stuck in the intake and you have to pry them out. If you work one side at a time and as they start to come out go to the other side eventually they will come out.
Just make sure that the fuel lines are disconnected.
