Porting plenum and runners

I keep seeing people mentioning ported plenums and runners. Does anyone have pics that they can post? Is it worth porting the plenum and runners? I know after market is the way to go, but my wallet says we need to find free HP for now. Thanks.:hail:

tpis book TPI SECRETS has som pics.i used their pics for a start. then i went crazy porting.

plenum porting-do a search. there is an excellent thread on here complete with pictures. as for the runners, there's not much to be done there except buy new aftermarket ones. or ebay!
