Porting stock heads & valve job + seals?

hey guys, i was thinking about having my stock heads ported and having a valve job done since i'm not ready to buy new heads/cam yet. i also know my valve seals are needing to be changed, good to do at the same time? and if i'm having a shop do all this what can i expect $$ wise?

any tips on what to have done exactly since i'm not too familiar with head porting and valve jobs is appreciated, thanks!

also - what gains can i expect from this hp or 1/4 e/t wise?

check out the post in my sig, it should provide you with most of what you need to know. Yes, get the valve seals done at the same time, and have them machined down to clear higher lift. I'd also have it set up for screw in rocker studs at the same time.
