Delphi injector flow rates?

I bought some used Delphi 30 Ibs injectors and I can't seem to find what fuel pressure they use to rate them so I can set my injector constant on my chip. Do they go buy the Ford rating or GM?

....delphi has a few different ratings depending on the injector itself. If you are burning your own chips you can just start with a constant of 30 and just go off readings from the ECM to set the constant and injector offset corectly. What I would do is post the injector part# and see if someone can't help you out. 30# is too vauge as it could be as low as 36 psi or as high as 58 psi.

...hey Tony tell me more about the injectors. From the part# you have given me it is the multec1 design and the part number is an OEM numberr not a delphi number. The Delphi number is 17113812. It is rated at 30lbs/hr at 43.5 psi with 12 ohms resistance. It also shows it as a saturated driver type injector which I think is bad. Maybe someone else can add some more insight but it sounds like you have an old set of 30lb mutlec injectors that tend to degredate and eventually short out due to the fact they are driver saturated.

Thanks Razor....that's exactly what I was looking for. The injector number I was looking for was listed.

300KPA = 43.5psi so that works for my application.

The info is much appreciated.
