Trick Flow heads
Since Summit is having 10% off right now, I think I am finally going to break down and order heads, I am going to get the Trick Flow 23 degree aluminum. A couple questions. Which springs would work best for me? They have three options 1.25, 1.47 and 1.46 dual. I am also going to get a set of roller rockers. The 1.52 or the 1.6, let's hear some opinions. Right now I have a pretty much stock L98 with TPI mods(Accel base, ported SLP runners and ported plenum, slightly larger SVO injectors 24#). I plan on using the stock cam for now, but will most likely change to a slightly more radical cam and a stall converter for the next upgrades. Oh yeah, for a little more money you can get the CNC profiled chambers. Is this worth it? Any thoughts or advice will be greatly appreciated.

I have the trick flow heads 23 degree with the CNC chambers and they work well. MY 355 with a superram and 219 cam is making more then 425 HP and 470 FTLBS of torque at the engine. What springs you are going to need all depends on what lift you want to run. The 1.25 springs are good to .520 lift, the 1.46 are good to .540 and the double springs are good to .600 lift. I bought the 1.25 springs and then had to go through a bunch of hoops to run the 219 cam with 1.6 rockers which neted me .560 lift. Buy the heads that will fit your future plans.
