ok folks, got fire out the yingyang...and no joking

ok, heres the story leading up the the situation, i did a tune up about 3 months ago, and for got about the fuel filter, well i replaced the pump and had the regulator done for me at a shop(cause i didnt know what was wrong at the time), anywho, i thought they replaced the fuel filter, and they didnt(and i had it in another shop because of some wiring/electrical probs, so it got tuned perfectly), well i did the filter and went about my business. well i a stang wanted to race for some cash, and he was stock and it was a small amount, so we went at it, and he beat me , but i have raced them before and beaten even non-stock stangs, but whatever, i was out some cash and it was ok, but when i took off i sprayed the flagger with gas, and you could smell it on him when we were one, and when i was done and slowing down the car backfire and blew flames out the muffler, granted i have a semi-hollowed cat and a flowmaster, but the guy saw it clearly down the street. i messed with the timing and got it to idle better, and the back firing went away a bit, but i still have a bogging down feeling when i get on it, now, with the fuel problems before i have come up with a few directions in which to go with, but i also want some more info incase it might be somethign else, so here are me directions:
1. i need to change spark plugs(it is coming up on 3 months anyway, but i figured with the fuel problems from before i have really fouled plaugs)
2. i have fouled injectors, and how do i test these?
3. something else in the fuel system
4. i had a MSD pro billet distritbuter in the car, but i didnt have a right ign. module so it ran crappy, so if i get the right module and put the dist. in will it help?
5. something along the lines with timing?
6. i need a bigger TB, like a 58mm(i already have the 52 BBK)
7. i need to check/replace the O2 sensor and/or hook up the AIR pipe from the cat to the engine

but that is all i can think of that is wrong ith the car right now, but any info would be great cause i dont need to light the car behind me on fire!!

Sounds more like you are running really rich. First thing to check is to make sure the "bladder" on the AFPR did not get a hole in it, simply pull the vacuum line off, and see if there is gas in it, if so, time for a new one..... Does it exhibit any other "undesireable" behaviour???

not really, just bogs down and seems like there is a big loss of power after i get it about like 3000 RPM, but it all around feels sluggish, but thats all i can think of
