Code 36 Cant Find Relay

Well my service light is telling me that i have a code 36. Which is a bad maf burnoff relay. well i have called up the local autozone, carquest, and pepboys and none of them have this relay! They only have the maf relay. I bought hte maf relay but still need the burnoff one. Anyone know were i can putchase one. Also, does a bad burnoff relay make the car hard to start cold, and run funny. Almost like its not going into a closed loop? THanks

If the burn-off cycle hasn't been working then the heated wire is probably coated with crap and not letting the sensor read correctly, that will affect performance but not starting the car.
