Previous #'s 252.9 & 376.4 to the wheels.

We adjusted the fuel pressure to about 44.5 to get a 12.1-13 A/F ratio across the rpm's.... the machine was messing up so we are unsure how accurate the reading.. but its not spittin black smoke.. so its a lot better. We advanced the base timeing from 8-10 as well. I gutted the air boxes and added a crank pulley...

Over all the #'s were 261.5rwhp and 385.5rwtq SAE corrected.

BUT! at 4800 rpm's the hp jumped about 15-20 still pullin 250rwhp at 4800.

Overall the car pulled to 5000 rpm's about 2 seconds faster then before.

Flywheel hp figureing in 20% drivetrain loss is:

327 hp & 482 tq

All with stock TPI plenum and runners.

How much hp gain and tq loss or gain do you see from:
SLP runners siamesed and a 52mm Throttle body?

Is it worth it?

You wouldn't happen to have access to the Ed Wright chip through the ALDL port, would you? I would love to get a look at his spark table.

I too am running Vortec heads with stock Plenum and Runners along with stock cam as well. I just ordered a set of 1.6 GM Performance Roller Rockers and plan on porting a plenum and siamesing runners.

My problem is I am not sure I have the spark table optimized for a fastburn head so I would like to get a look at an "experienced" person has done and work from there.
