Need some suggestion Please

A little histroy first:
Have 87 comaro that was originally an LG4. Was convert to a 350 with GM ZZ3 conversion kit. Now I converting it to a TPI with speed density system. Now the problem has been trying to get it started. It won't fire, Its not the Vats burn my own chip for that. Not timing have double check that. It is getting spark to the plugs. Is getting fuel to the rail. But doesn't seem to get past the injectors. Have an injector tester that checks the injectors and harness. the injectors check out fine. But when I check the harness it wil only show that it is plusing the injectors for less then a second while you are cranking the motor. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be? Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thanks
Tad

Make sure the distributor wire leading to the ECM is hooked up, if the ECM can't see the ref pulses from the dist, it won't fire the injectors. sounds like the fuses are ok if the injectors fire for that 1 second burst.

Thanks I will look into that tonight when I go to the garage. Is there anything else that would keep the injectors form firing while you a cranking the engine.

Thanks

Did find that the timing bypass wire was not making a good conection. The injectors pluse longer now but still quits. pull spark plugs still not getting fuel in cylinder. Dont even have a faint fuel smell on them. Iam using MSD 6A. But don't think it would be causing the problem. Any other sujestion would be most appreciated.

Thanks
