injector testing

okay somewhere along the way, i've lost a cylinder. Put new plugs in , new wires and nothing . I am thinking it might be the fuel injectors. I know i can use my ohm meter to check them and they should read between 11 and 14 ohms but what am i doing? how do i check? do i unplug the injector ? which wire do i probe ? Can anyone give me some help on this one?

You unplug the injector and put one lead on each of the copper contacts on the injector. That will give you the resistance of the coil in it.

That's not the only cause for a faulty injector though. It could also be clogged up, so it can't spray correctly.
