Which system should I go with?

I am building a new 400 for my car and was wondering which induction system I should go with. I know that I want fuel injection, and I have narrowed it down to two choices. I am either going to go with a heavily modified TPI system(maybe a superram) or I am going to go with a Holley commander 950 CFM TBI system. I want this car to make good power and be reliable because this is going to be a daily driver. Which one do you guys think I should go with and why?

I think a mini-ram would be a good match for a 400.

But, I am on a bit of a budget here and do not want to have to spend an extra 4 months or so trying to get the extra 1500 dollars or so for the fuel injection. I am sixteen and only make $9.25 an hour, and only work like 14 hours a week or less.

I thought you said that you wanted fuel injection in your original post.
Well have you thought about going carburetor since it's much cheaper?

Well, I want the driveability, reliability, and more fuel efficiency of the fuel injection. The holley is only 1400 and it comes with everything, can support a lot of power, and is fully tunable. The miniram is actually not that much more (my bad), I was thinking of the stealthram. Too many rams. But then to tune that it would be a nightmare if I stuck with the stock computer, and if I bought an aftermarket engine management system we are talking another 1000 or more. I think that I have decided to go with the holley tbi system. Port the manifold and do some other stuff, and then tune away. It seems the most efficient for price vs. power.
