Stock-compatible injectors for L98 350 TPI

Hello fellow TG owners,

I was shopping around for replacement fuel injectors for my Formula 350 and had a question maybe you can help me with. I've heard it said many times on this board that the L98 used 22# injectors from the factory, but I am having a real hard time finding 22# units anywhere that don't cost an arm and a leg. My car's engine has been rebuilt, bored .020, heads ported & polished but is otherwise running stock-spec equipment. All mods were done by the previous owner.

I found a set of 21# injectors at FiveO Motorsport for a good price but was wondering if they will work in my car at factory fuel pressure. FiveO claims they are compatible with the L98 and LT1. I e-mailed them and received a response (from Bruce, I believe) that these injectors will indeed work on my car and that there are no flow rate issues.

The injectors are Bosch F65E, rated 21 lb/hr at 40 PSI.

Anyone know if these will work okay? And if not, does anyone know where I can get 22# injectors that I can run as factory replacements?

Thanks very much!

Accually the 21lbs will work fine along with accel's 23lbs units. The slp 25# are rated at 58PSI and when put into a TPI motor the lbs will be near 28lbs which will cause BLM's to be rich. I'd stick to the 21's or 23's

I have some low miles LS1 26# injectors that I am not using. I was told that these are equivelent to 22# on TPI and LT1 engines since the fuel pressure is 43psi vs 58psi.
I'll let them go pretty cheap since I upgraded to Ford Racing SVO 30# injectors.
PM me if you are interested.
