code 33

I have a problem with my 88 formula tpi 350 and 86 ta tpi 350.
They both keep coming up with a code 33. I did all the diaognostic
tests and it keeps telling me to replace the maf. I put a new maf on it is micro-tech. It defers from the original bosch. It keeps throwing the same code. Did anybody else use this maf (micro-tech). Any suggestions? Thanks

The code might be stored on the memory, so you need to unplug the ecm plug that is located right next to the battery on the driver's side, there should be two black plugs, just unplug both, leave them unplugged for 2-3 minutes, and then plug them back in, if it keeps on showing the same code, them something else is wrong besides the maf.
