Question about LT1 with distributor

Ok, buddy and i were discussing this today. Now I know about modifying the lt1 intake to take a distributor, and I know about the "prototype" manifolds that have shown up on ebay and stuff. The question is did any cars come from the factory with an LT1 and a distributor (the fuel injected ones, not the old LT1's)? I said no, he said yes, even said he'd seen a mid 90's firebird with an lt1 and a distributor. I said unless it had been converted, but being willing to admit that sometimes I'm wrong, I thought I'd check (I may not admit it to him though ). Lt1's with carbureted intakes don't count either, but TBI would.

All 92-97 FI LT-1's had optispark, hence no distributer in the back of the block. 92 and down were TPI's and had distributers.
