Good Cam ?
Which cam would be good for daily driving and emissions legal to go with the sdpc vortec heads that have been modified to accept our heavy duty Z28 valve springs with lightweight LT4 retainers. This produces a high reving cylinder head that can handle up to 0.575" lift hydraulic roller camshafts. I will still be using the tpi intake with slp runners and a holley 52mm throttle body

There are quite a few great cams for that combo.
LPE's 211 or possibly the 219, TPIS' ZZ9, CompCams Xtreme Energy Series in the 218/224@.050 range, Crane's in the same ballpark.
Most have their favorite; I like CompCams stuff.
Keep the Lobe Separation Angle at least 112, choose one with the fastest (most aggressive ramps) and all the valve lift you can get.
Emissions legal? Well, that will depend on more than just the camshaft. How well the PROM is burned, tuning, heads, ring seal, exhaust system, etc., all factor in.
Just my thoughts.
