reshaping injector bungs....a question

Question about a mod I heard about recently that I've never heard anybody talk about.
Somebody (who seems really knowledgeable about porting TPI) told me that there is modification one can do on the "internal side" of the injector bungs of the Edlebrock TPI base to improve spray pattern. Is there somebody that knows about this? If you do, can you explain in detail for me please? TIA for any info.

Look through the injector bungs into the manifold and see if there is some kind of restriction that would cause the injector to be spraying onto a section of the manifold rather than into the runner. If there is such a point it would improve flow and spray pattern to relieve it as much as possible. Keep in mind that the injector sprays in a fan pattern not at a single point.
