is this a good price for 87 irocz?

im not too familiar with camaros but this car is clean only 112000 on odometer and has ttops, auto 350 tpi,323 gears, bmshift kit anda bad motor, and only wants $1500. car is in excellent shape except motor. car will need all new exaust and a motor(which i have a fresh 72' LT1 out of a corvette with a fresh rebuild)that was in my s-10. the irocz is an 87' all black and not faded any where. to be honest its in better shape inside and out than my father in laws 99 bonneville.just wondering if the lt1 would work in there, i plan on changing the cam too.do you all think its a good deal. its a complete car except for a new exaust including headers.
