Tpi performance

I posted this in the drag racing forum, and I got a lot of responses from some guys, but they all had carbs. I wanted to hear from someone who had TPI. I ran at the track a few weeks ago and ran an 8.8 in the 1/8 @ 79 mph. I was on street tires and it was cold. I had very little traction. I was wondering how this compares with some of you guys? My 60' was 2.0. I was told that my mph was low, which makes sense, since I'm running a factory prom and 1.5 rockers, I'm not getting the most from my cam. Any suggestions. Thanks.

No one has anything to say? Could someone tell me how much I could possibly from a home programmed chip?
