Dual cold air induction

Has anyone used this system on a Firebird?? (I have a 92)

If so, how was it, looking for opinons, currently I have the air filter mounted directly to the throttle body but everyone is telling me I'm just sucking in HOT air.

I had that setup and I really loved it. I should have kept it but I thought it wouldn't work with the LT1 setup. Looks factory too.

You will need to relocate the battery since the air boxes sit in both battery trays.

Thanks for all your help guys, I think I'm gonna just go with the single and not relocate the battery. I don't wanna create a mess for myself. (but the dual does look awesome installed on your car)

Here is what mine looks like now, they guy a bought the car from put on this filter.
