Fuel Injector Sizes
I have always read that 24# injectors are good for 380 hp. I even did a calculation that showed they were good for that much hp. However, my latest Summit catalog had injectors for sale that stated a 36# injector is needed for 380 hp.
At this point, I can only assume that the injectors were rated at Ford pressures (30#) instead of Chevrolet pressures (43.5#). Which is correct????

Ford's stock non-adjustable preset fuel pressure is 39.7 psi, not much les than Chevy's 43.5 psi.
The 24# injectors are only good for 380 hp if you run them at 85% duty cycle (not a good idea.) You should always go to the next larger injector than you need. In your case I would go with 28#, or 30# injectors @ 43.5 psi.
