Ya...won't work, since the oil pressure switch is in parallel with th fuel pump relay...
Relieve the pressure via the Shrader valve in the rear-est (is that a real word?????????) portion of the passenger side fuel rail....take a shop rag and a small screw driver, cover up the valve and depress.
Ofcourse follow all manual instructuions of disconnectinng the neg battery terminal, safetey glasses and fire dept. phone numbers...yadda, yadda, yadda....

The AFPR is not of good use unless you also have a fuel pressure gauge. The pressure gauge that I bought has a bleeder line to relieve the fuel pressure.
diddo get the guage with the bleader, you can blead off the pressure and leave it on the to set the pressure once you have your afpr on there, thats what i did and had no problems
Doc/Camarocruzin et al:- Does anyone have a part number/supplier details for one of these fuel pressure gauges with the bleeder line for relieving the fuel pressure.
Does anyone know if Summit stock one with this provision?
Many thanks,

nope not at home sorry, got it at pep boys like $50 not too bad and quite handy especially if you want to check for fuel pressure to diagnose other problems, pass emmisions, etc later on down the road
