Heres what I am thinking of going with. Need suggestions.

Ported Plenum
AS&M Siamesed large tube runners
TPIS Big Mouth Intake
Not looking for huge gains, and I want to keep the TPI and not go the way of hsr or anything. Just like the TPI look. I'll probably never bother with different heads or anything. The car is completely stock as it stands. (I've already bought the parts for the exhaust. ie. 2055's, high flow cats, catback, etc.)
Cost is not an issue
Thoughts? Suggestions? Flames? Hate mail?

If you are keeping the stock heads and stock PROM chip, you should at least get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator to add more fuel.
If you dont, you run the risk of going lean.
With an AFPR and PROM tuning, you will reap more of the benfits of having a higher flowing intake setup.
Just my $.02

Yeah, I'd agree with all that too.
Doing a good high perf tune up is also a good idea. Get good wires, cap, rotor, plugs. Set your TPS voltage. Adjust the timing. All that good stuff.

Thanks for the info guys, will do. I keep forgetting about the AFPR, and I am really unsure as to where I could go for PROM tuning. I do major in computer science, so programming doesn't really intimidate me, but I'm not that smart when it comes to car data either.
Again, thanks for the comments.

The logic used in a car's ECM is so stupid compared to the stuff you are probably studying. I wouldn't be worried about it. Read a couple good books on EFI and you should be fine. Once you figure out a couple equations it's all pretty simple. You should have access to an emulator at school, so burning the chip shouldn't be a problem.
The biggest thing is getting the car onto a dyno and doing a lot of widebrand O2 and EGT readings.
