desired idle

I have a 350 tpi and when I hook my auto x-ray scan tool up to the car it says desired idle 750rpm. is that what it should be set at ? if it is, should it be in drive or nuetral when set to this?

I do believe the minimum air is set in park. Read the article on the main page about setting it.
