You don't have to have CSI, your car will just have trouble starting cold. The easy fix is to run an ARAP or other '89 bin, no other changes needed just the chip. There's no way to run EGR with the stealth ram unless you want to run a custom one-off setup. A bigger cam with a little overlap will do the same thing as EGR anyway.

just like roostmeyer said. it's not easy to start in the cold months. here shortly i'm going to try an 89 .bin again. kept getting a MAF error the last time i did.

Ok which would be better getting a Chip burnt for the car or getting just an 89?

I have a 87 350 & we just installed the HSR.

the 89 would be better. make it easier to start when cold. i've been using the 87.

Its always best to burn your own chips.

You can tune idle, cold start, fans, TCC, EGR, highway mode, etc... all to your own preference over time until things are perfect.

Of course you can always dial in performance mods for max output as you go.

I run ARAP on my 87 and have never got any codes out of it after the conversion, no probs at all.
