I'd say CAI is better, but all I'm running now is K&N.

slp cai is a waste of money for a camaro. i read somewhere on here that the stock air intake doesnt become restrictive until you are over 300 horsepower. i would just go with the k&n filters and cut the baffles off the bottom of the filter trays.

If you have the stock dual snorkel intake then KEEP IT. It is a great intake once you cut off airbox bottoms. Save your money on the SLP CAI and get some headers.

When you lift the LID you can see the FILTERS sitting in the FILTER HOUSING. Take that off and flip it over - it is pretty obvious, you will see. You just take a dremel, or a hacksaw, or whatever and cut the bottoms off so the filters are sucking thru an open window. Right under the lip that the filter sits on is perfect.
