Injector size question
Hello, my 89 GTA resto is coming along and the engine block is put together. Block bored .30 over, machined crank, new rods, pistons, blah-blah. I put in a mild cam and the exhaust will be slp headers and system. Anyway what size injectors would be good with this set up... Thanks.
what are you doing for heads and intake setup? If your staying stock on both, than I'd think the stock 19 lb (305) or 22 lb (350) should be sufficient for you
Good luck

If you're set on buying new injectors the SVO 24lbs are cheap and will work great with PROM tuning.....just a simple FBC change is all thats needed...

thanks for the replys.. I am using the stock intake but I have another question- I am not sure if the injectors that I have came out of a 305 or 350 (long story). I have them on my work bench and I have heard people reference colors. They appear to have a yellow band around them.

Get any 24#/hr injector for our cars. They will work well with the stock ECM. But also, get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator (AFPR) so that you can tune in the best AFR for WOT running.
