My recently purchased formula has a missing charcoal canister and I get a very strong gas smell when the car is hot. I was noticing that the vent line from the tank and the line from the throttle body are now connected to one another which may be the reason I am getting the rough idle when warm (another problem).

Does anyone know where I could get one? I checked the classifieds with no luck and I'm sure most people throw them in the trash. I would assume it has an electrical connection since there is one laying there taped up.

Car has a 350 TPI in case that matters.

Any help on where to get one would be greatly appreciated.

Best bet would be a junkyard other than getting it from GM.
