Dyno in New England Tri-State area?

Dyno in New England Tri-State area?
Iv'e been trying to find a speed shop with a dynamometer for a while now and i can't seem to find one! is there anyone that lives in the Newyork/jersey/penn/connecticut area that knows of a good speed shop with a chassis dyno?
Also, what do the do with a car on the dyno? do they just measure horsepower, or do they do more to tune it like burning a prom? and how much should i expect to pay for thier services?

there is a really good shop here in manchester CT called J&M corvettes.
They are near hartford and its 100 for 3 dyno runs.
