Mass Flow Sensor Change

How do I go about changing my mass air flow sensor?> Is it complicated at all. Will I need to adjust my computer? And damn this little thing is expensive...Thanx for any help.

Very simple. Unplug the wires and undo the two clamps that hold it in place . If you are replacing a stock maf with a stock maf there is no reason to mess with the computer
