I am fixing a tuned port car for a friend with the perimeter style valve covers.

Does anyone know off the top of their heads what size nuts hold down the valve cover?

All of these have been misplaced, and we need them of course

Any help would be great.

I think 1/4 by 20 thread pitch , and not sure on the length But double check me with a thread gauge. and also most parts stores stock a valve cover stud set with nuts( much easier than bolts)
