I don't think you could use the TPI with the LT1 heads due to the fact that LT1's are a reverse flow...but don't hold me to it. I don't know if the intake would really matter, all I know for sure is that if you were using a stock LT1 intake you wouldn't be able to use L98 heads.

Axle/Gears: 8.8 rear, 4.56 gears, 4:1 transfer
You will have to drill the LT1 intake bolt pattern on the TPI intake. You would also have to block off the water ports on the TPI intake.
Go out and buy a SBC intake gasket and lay it on your LT1 heads and see what will line up and what won't.
