Not having the IAC hooked up should definately cause a bad idle but I also have no experience with that particular intake. -John

As far as performance goes my first instinct would be to say no, but I would bet that driveability will be comparable to a turd with a saddle. -John

The IAC air flows up through the throttle body. The hole on the TPI intake is for EGR air. Normally not neede when converting older vehicles to TPI operation.

ok, then if it not the IAC, what else can it be, timing, maybe TPS, or injectors anyother sensors, i just replace the O2 sensor on it because it has been runnin crappy when it warms up, and that didnt help it, i read some other threads and they said it could be the CTS???? On the stock intake there where to sensors on the front of the intake, one was it the CTS and the other i have no idea what it is, that maybe my problem. ha and one more question...By havein a EGR would that effect anything??
thanks for your help
