Bad coil blues...what next?
Well, I learned something new tonight. On a whim, I decided to test my brand new Wells coil for the heck of it and am on the point of throwing it in the woods. I performed the following three tests on it and each time, I got dead zero readings. Each test was performed with both a digital and an analog multimeter on this coil and the MSD coil that burned out recently, to rule out anything out of the ordinary. The MSD coil tested fine on #1 and #2, but read zero on test #3.
The symptoms are kind of strange. When I first turn the key, I get two bright blue sparks, then nothing. I can hear it sparking, but can't see anything.
I recently replaced the wire from the coil to the dizzy, and this was before I put the new coil on. I also had to replace the ignition module, as it had gone bad too.
Could something have eaten my new coil or could the gods have simply willed me a bad one straight out of the box?

NO! NOT THE CURSE! Let's hurry, we have to stop Trickster before it's too late! To the batmobile conversion, lol!
Redrummer, I've always wanted to ask, but shouldn't that be Reredrum?
I know, I know, we're not helping. Sorry.
