12's?

think this is a 12 second combo? 355, accel base,w/superram upper, edelbrock performer rpm heads, crane 228/228 - .512/.512 cam, shorty headers,w/3'' single out flowmaster exhaust, 3.73 gears,w/auburn posi, msd ignition, stock suspension,305 chip, and so far i can only afford some street tires.im gonna try to get ahold of a 350 chip until i get 1 burned.im hopeing for 12.7 but i think thats a little to hopefull.ill be adding an nx kit later.

I would think you'd need a custom prom to get the most out of that combination.

I think you should be able to get into the 12s with that. I went 13.11 with alot less then you have. Traction is the key!! Yes you will need a 350 chip and Injectors!

That combo should run in the 12s all day long with no effort as long as you get it dialed in properly. It a nice selection of parts you picked there.

However you must have a proper chip in there otherwise the whole thing could end up to be a big bust for you.

Also be sure to run a decent freeflow exhaust with that single pattern cam.

w/o tuning, it still should run 12s, but it will depend on weather etc. W/ tuning I would say no problem into the 12s!!
