Torx screws for TPS

Mine are totally stripped out, went to lowe's, home depot, and a local hardware store and nobody has a screw that matches width, and thread. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement set of these?

GM sells them in a hardware kit. It comes with most of the throttle body screws and bolts.

If you can get to a junkyard, 2.8 V6 F-cars use the same screws. Don't ask me how I know that one. Junkyard hunting is much cheaper than the dealer!
