New PCV tubes?

New PCV tubes?
The 2 PCV tubes that come out of the valve covers are all cracked and dryrotted.
Where can I find these? They are pre-bent to fit our cars. The parts stores don't have them. I haven't tried NAPA or Chevrolet yet.

Motormite carries alot of items that are hard to come by. Here is a link to the item in question. I went through their Catalog Aplication Guide using a 86 Camaro 5.0

Boy, I must be getting tired. You wanted the tubing that above like takes you to the elbows sorry. But you still might be able to find what your looking for at their site.
