Hey guys long time no see, its good old mav back with some new 89 formula firebird problems. The past few mornings I start my car up like usual and its running fine. I goto to finally pull out of my apartment complex and hit on the gas at around 50% of the pedal going down and the car completly dies. I turn off the car than start it again and its a lil tougher to start but with some help from the gas pedal. It stalled out again right afterwards, than I had to start it the same way and after it started I rev'd the car up in park and it worked fine the rest of the way. Back home in rochester I was having problems getting the car to idle right at stops so I took it to a shop and they just cleaned the TPS sensor. But in this case its doing it when I hit on the gas in the morning not when its idleing. Any ideas on what it could be I would appreciate!

 

does it idle funny at all?
