i got a 1986 305 tpi with 20 000 original miles on it , i finally got sick of 4 bangers leaving me behind so , i spent big money getting my engine done up , ( comp xtreme energy 212 218 449 456 112lsa , ported and polished the 416 heads with bigger 1.94 intake valves , new springs, retainers, valves ,, mac headers and 3 inch y pipe , new cap rotar , spark plugs, accel 8.8 mm wires, new fuel filter ,,

my problem that i got now is the car will not start good , i have to hold the gas for about 3 mins for it to warm up than it will idle better ,, lately at the light it will idle really low at 200 rpm and almost die , it idles at 550 in drive when warm ,

i never touched the chip yet , or the fuel pressure , can this be the reason why the car is running like crap

I wouldn't have modded a car like that with only 20k original on it but its your car...

i took that car to shows when it was bone stock she won all the time , but now it needs to move a little , after a while all show no go gets to your head , i guess i will burn a chip up with more fuel added ,

by the way boys how much hp do you think i got here , and what q-mile times should i be expecting , i forgot to tell ya i got 3.42 gears , shift kit , and no polutions hooked up
