dies when hot! Help me troubleshoot

Ok, I'll try and give you all the background I can...

Recently, I was driving my IROC-Z to a car show and it seemed to lose power for a breif moment but then ran fine till I got to the parking lot of the show then it dies there and will not fire back up. cranked over and had spark, but didnt seem to be pumping fuel through. Cause after crankin for a while there wasnt a hint of gas. So I had a buddy put his hand over the MAF sensor and it fired right up! So I had my bro run me up a spare MAF and I installed it and it fired right up and ran just fine the rest of the day. Then the next day the same thing happened except it didnt make it quite as far. as soon as it got up to operating temp. it stalled out. then the MAF burn off relay was screamin and rattling and makin alot of noise. seemed when it stoped makin all the noise it would fire up again. So I replaced it. Started cold but then as soon as it got up to temt again dies...Same ole thing. if I let it sit it'll fire but then it seems to start miss-firing and wont hold idle. I really dont know what else to add to help yas out.

WHATS THE PROBLEM!!
